About the project

Restaurant Ergo on Artillerigatan 14 in Stockholm is a fine dining restaurant with a dining room for 36 guests and a separate private dining room, Ergo Salon, for up to 12 guests. The restaurant is led by an international kitchen team under the direction of Petter Johansson, who has a background from some of the world's most exclusive three-Michelin-starred restaurants, including Gordon Ramsay in London, Per Se in New York, and Zén in Singapore. Since its opening, Ergo has served modern, French-inspired seasonal menus, with a strong focus on showcasing the finest ingredients of each season. The restaurant has been awarded 'New Restaurant of the Year 2025' by Falstaff Nordic, with an impressive 92 points.
